About 4 years ago i think it was i i stuffed pain in the middle of my back while playing soccer which after x-rays showed i had a slanted disc, ive since had pain but have found ways to prevent he pain from appearing.
However about 2 years ago while rowing an eights race (since i didnt usually row sweep(1 oar) only scull(2 oars)) i injured my lower back quiet badly. Since then whenever i go for runs i suffer some sharp pain in my lower back extending either side of the vertebra but not the vertebra its self. i am wondering if anyone knows what exercise or something which will help to be able to allieiate this for me.
Dispite the injure i am still regard my self pretty fit and am able to life heavy loads as part of work with no pain
